Incoming Exchange Student Application

1. Eligibility: Students who are nominated by NCCU's partner universities (university-level).

2. Nomination Period (annual):

- Fall Admission: March 1-30 

- Spring Admission: September 1-30

3. Application Deadlines (annual):

- Fall Admission: April 20 

- Spring Admission: October 20 

* Late application won't be accepted. 

** Please note that students can only choose to enroll under the same/similar department as their major at home university. Also, exchange students cannot enroll under EMBA, IMBA and IMAS.  

4. Online Nomination/Application System:  Partner universities will receive an invitation to nominate students prior to the nomination period. Nominated students will need to complete their applications via https://admission.nccu.edu.tw/inbound/.

5. Application Materials Checklist:

- Online application form (signed by the applicant)

- Official transcript from the home university (with grading or credit system explanation in English)

- Home university enrollment certificate (in English)

- Statement of purpose written in Chinese or English (maximum two A4 pages, focusing on the applicant’s motivation to participate in the exchange program along with learning/experience goals during the program)

- The applicant's 2-inch passport-sized photo (head and shoulders, front-facing, no hat, clear facial features, plain background)

- A scanned copy of the applicant's passport information page

- Declaration form (signed by the applicant)
