Incoming Exchange Student Application

1. Eligibility: Students who are nominated by NCCU's partner universities (university-level).

2. Nomination Period (annual):

- Fall Admission: March 1-30 

- Spring Admission: September 1-30

3. Application Deadlines (annual):

- Fall Admission: April 20 

- Spring Admission: October 20 

* Late application won't be accepted. 

** Please note that students can only choose to enroll under the same/similar department as their major at home university. Also, exchange students can't enroll under EMBA, IMBA and IMAS.  

4. Online Nomination/Application System:  Partner universities will receive an invitation to nominate students prior to the nomination period. Nominated students will need to complete their applications via https://admission.nccu.edu.tw/inbound/.

5. Application Materials Checklist:

- Online application form (signed by the student)

- Home university enrollment certificate in English

- Official transcript from home university (in English, with grading or credit system explanation)

- Passport photo page scan

- Statement of purpose in Chinese or English (within two A4 pages, focusing on the applicant’s motivation to participate in the exchange program along with learning or experience goals during the program)

- Passport-sized photo
